The Saint Peter’s Prep wrestling team racked up 12 victories, including five wins by pin, as the team defeated Union City, 69-6, in the Barn on Monday.
Patrick Groo was first up for prep, winning his match by pin in 2:09, while Martin Martinetti was victorious by pin in 1:56 for the Marauders, which are now 3-1 this season. Don Ang, Jonathan Fuller and Jack Adams each won by pin, while Michael Pestana won by a 5-3 decision. Antonio Villatoro, Jake Talarico, Donovan Chavez, Patrick Adams, Sean Reindero, and Domenick Lettini won by forfeit.
Next up for the Marauders will be St. John Vianney today in Holmdel. The match will begin at 6:30 P.M.
