Timothy Jimenez had 17 assists, four digs, and four service points as Saint Peter’s Prep, No. 4 in the NJ.com Top 20, defeated No. 5 St. Joseph (Met.), 2-0, on Saturday in Metuchen.

Andrew Fernandez had 17 digs, three service points, and one kill while Pius Mwemba had 12 digs, five service points, and one assist for the Marauders, which won both sets 25-23. Aidan Apito had 10 kills, seven service points, and six digs while Joseph Parise added four kills, four service points, and one dig.

The team will go on the road to face Bergenfield on Tuesday. The match will begin at 4:15 P.M.
